For You Tilda

Good evening everyone!
Not so long ago I made a little gift bag.. Remember??
Well..
I've decided to make another one..

The stamp is from the latest Magnolia Lost and Found Collection 2014 and is called For You Tilda..
The papers are from Maja Design.. Vintage Spring Basics..

The Heart Tag is a Magnolia Doohickey and so is the Romantic Lace border die..
There's a little bit of Frantage on the tag and I've made the Vintage Seam Binding myself..
The paper edges are distressed using a Tim Holtz tool and then inked.. They are also machine sewn..

The butterflies are made with a Martha Stewart mold and some Fimo Air..
They are painted with Gesso..
I've applied some gesso and Crackle Paint here and there on the bag..
There are lots of pearls all over the place..
And there's also a super cute little doily under there..

Here are my Wild Orchid Crafts and I Am Roses flowers..
I've added a little bit of cheesecloth under them and..
..they all have some Gesso on..

Have you seen this gorgeous lace and the Shabby Rose Organza Trim..
Fantastic, right?
I've used one of the Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight dies to cut out the image..

I stamped my Tilda with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured her with Distress Inks.. I've used both the ink pads and reinkers..
When I was done colouring I added some Chunky White Frantage around the image..
Then I added some Liquid Pearls between the flowers, I've drawn some white dots in the flower centres, then I covered all the flowers with some Star Dust Stickles.. I've also used some Frosted Lace stickles on her dress..
Here's the list of colours used for this one:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Dress: Pumice Stone, Victorian Velvet, Black Soot
Boots: Pumice Stone, Walnut Stain, Black Soot
Bouquet: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone, Peeled Paint, Forest Moss
Background: Weathered Wood

Here's another pic of this super cute bag..
Let me know what you think..

Tilda With Fantasy Flower

Hello there!
I'm here with my Sunday post..
And this is what I've made..
A tealight card..

This one is of my favourite collections from Pion Design..
The colours are totally gorgeous and I've managed to use a frame on this card even if I thought that I would never use one of those.. Ever..
So where do I start..
This is Tilda with Fantasy Flower from the Magnolia Lost & Found Collection 2014..

This card sure has lots of hearts all over the place..
The first one is the paper doily in this photo..
I've also used one of the Prima Shabby resin pieces..
It's painted with acrylic paint and covered with gesso cos' I like them white.. LOL!

Here's a close-up of the fantastic butterfly charm..
It's hanging from the Magnolia So Wrapped Lovely Doohickey..
You can also see some of the Wild Orchid Crafts flowers that I've used..

Here's the rest of the flowers.. And some Flower Sprays that I love so much..
Everything's covered with gesso and Crackle Paint..
There are some pearls here and there on the card..
The heart border was made with a Martha Stewart border punch..

Look at this gorgeous lace..
And of course I had to use some Shabby Seam Binding too..
The angel was made with a mould bought on Ebay and some FIMO Air..
All the paper edges are distressed with a Tim Holtz tool and then inked..
They are machine sewn too..

Here's the inside of the card with the gorgeous frame (with some lace and pearls around) on the left and the box with the candles on the right..
But to be honest.. You could put anything in it.. I've closed the heart opening with a plastic cover and there's the organza ribbon that holds everything closed..
I kept the inside pretty simple because otherwise the card wouldn't close..

That's the back of the card with my personalized stamp and the Mini Doily Doohickey..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both the ink pads and reinkers..
Colours used for this card:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Dress: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Flowers: Milled Lavender, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Grass and leaves: Peeled Paint, Forest Moss
Background: Weathered Wood
The flowers are covered with Clear Rock Candy Crackle Paint but I'm afraid you won't see it..
I've also added some Liquid Pearl dots around them..
Parts of her dress are covered with Stickles..

Two more shots from the side..

And that's it!
If you still have questions feel free to ask..

Little Cute Tilda

Hi everyone!
My niece is soon turning 3 and I've decided to make her a gift bag..
I won't give her this one cos' I've realized it's too small but I'm gonna make something pretty similar..

I chose to use the Sofiero papers from Maja Design..
The whole collection is gorgeous but the ones with flower patterns are my favourites..
I've also used one of the strips cos' those crowns were a perfect match for my image..

Here's a Prima Shabby Chic Corner piece.. Painted with white acrylic paint and then completely covered with gesso to match the other embellies..
The border die is a Magnolia Doohickey called Scalloped Dotted Lace..
The tags are a Doohickey too..

There's another crown here.. This amazing charm..
I've also used my beloved Vintage Seam Binding and there's a piece of Cheesecloth under the flowers too..
I just had to apply some Chunky White Frantage around the image..
I've used one of my Spellbinders Opulent Ovals to cut out the image and then there's the Classic Oval under that and the  Floral Oval under both...

Some more WOC flowers and the gorgeous Kort & Godt lace..
And there's my brand new Shabby Pearl Rose Organza Trim.. Fantastic, isn't it?
I've applied some gesso over the image and I really like the effect it gives.. A nice detail..
I've added some pearls and Crackle paint here and there to finish the look..

The Fimo butterflies are gorgeous, right?
The molds are from Martha Stewart..
The paper edges are as usual distressed using a Tim Holtz tool and then inked with Walnut Stain..
They are machine sewn too..

This is Little Cute Tilda from the Once Upon A Time Collection 2013..
She's stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both the ink pads and reinkers..
List of colours:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Black Soot
Dress: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Crown: Scattered Straw, Wild Honey, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Background: Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone

Here's another pic of the whole mini bag..

Ribbon Dance Tilda

Hi guys!
How are you?
I have a little something to show you today..
Noooo... It's not a card..
It's one of those little gift boxes I love so much..

This is Ribbon Dance Tilda, one of the stamps from the beautiful Magnolia Little Circus Moscow Collection 2013..
I usually make these boxes out of Papermania Textured paper and some Joy!Crafts kraft paper..

The DP's are from Maja Design.. This time from a Limited Edition Collection called Sofiero..
Some parts of the box are decorated with Chunky White Frantage and some with gesso..
I've used some white Vintage Seam Binding all around the box.. You can't see it on this pic but you'll get an idea when you get to the end of the post..

I just can't stop using those gorgeous heart shaped doilies..
And this butterfly is one of my favourite metal charms..
It has some half pearls and gesso on..
There's some lace under there too..

I've used a Martha Stewart punch to decorate the lid and the stripe of paper in this pic..
The image was cut out with a Spellbinders Circle and I've used a matching Scalloped Circle underneath..
All the paper edges are distressed and sewn..
And there are lots of cheesecloth around..

The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, I Am Roses and Kort & Godt..
All of them are covered with a small ammount of gesso..
The pin is from a Hobby House pin wheel..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both the ink pads and reinkers..
List of colours:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain..
Dress: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Ribbon: Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Flower: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone, Black Soot, Peeled Paint, Forest Moss
Background: Weathered Wood
I've added some Shabby White Frantage around her and some Stickles on the flower and parts of her dress..

North Pole Tilda

Hello folks..
Here's another winter creation..

I've used North Pole Tilda from the Winter Wonderland Collection 2013..
She's one of my favourites from this collection but they are all adorable..
The papers are once again from Maja Design..
This time from the Vintage Frost Basics Collection..

The Tilda Tag of course is from Magnolia..
I've added two mini bells on it with a bit of twine..
The small snowflake is one of the latest Doohickey's.. It's just a part of the set called So Wrapped Snowflake..
And take a look at those gorgeous headpins..

Take a look at this gorgeous White Silk Ribbon.. Amazing to the touch..
I use the Bow Easy tool to make perfect bows..
I also love this cute little snowflake charm..
The circle used to cut out the image is a Marianne Design die..

I've added a doily and lots of pearls as usual..
The Poinsettia is one of my favourite Magnolia dies..
All the paper edges are distressed with a Tim Holtz tool and then inked..
They are machine sewn too..

The Slender Fir.. Another Magnolia die..
I've added some Frantage on it..
The Chrysantemum is from Kort & Godt.. All the other flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts..
The lace is just stunning, isn't it?

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both ink pads and reinkers..
List of colours:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Background: Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone
Jacket, hat and boots: Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone, Black Soot
Gloves and tights: Pumice Stone, Black Soot

Something I really like to use on my Winter cards is the Liquid Applique..
I've added some under her feet and on the hat..
Can you see the fantastic effect it gives?
There's some Frantage around the image too.. I wanted it to look like snow..

Tilda With Spring Heart

It's Sunday and I'm finally here with a new card..
This one was made using Maja Design papers from the Vintage Frost Basics collection..
I guess you know already how versatile these papers are and I just wanted to prove that with another creation that has nothing to do with winter or frost..

A new Magnolia collection (Lost & Found 2014) has been released recently and I adore this cute little Tilda with Spring Heart..
The flower background is from the same Stamp Club kit but I don't know the name of the stamp yet..
I'll add that when I figure it out..
Then there's the Log from the Halloween & Autumn Collection 2008.. I use this one a lot..
And let's not forget the Especially For You sentiment from the Chasing Butterflies Collection 2009..
I keep telling myself that I should try something different.. Something clean and simple (that's scary LOL!)..
And then I grab a flower.. And then another one.. And another one..
How could I not.. These WOC flowers are all so gorgeous..

I add cheesecloth under and in between the flowers.. I really like the look of it..
The beaded berries are one of my fave embellies..
I've used one of my GoKreate dies for the card's shape..

There's something pretty new here..
The Crystal Pin.. Can you find it??
It's gorgeous even if it doesn't show here.. I swear..
The Swirl is a Magnolia Doohickey die and so is the Ticket..
They are both covered with some Frantage..

There's one of the doilies I love so much under there too..
I've used my Spellbinders Circles and Scalloped Circles for the image..
All the paper edges are distressed with a TH tool, then inked and machine sewn..

There's just one more thing I have to point out..
I love lace.. I've used only two types for this card but I love them all..
Another thing I couldn't live without are pearls..

The image is stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks..
I use both the ink pads and the reinkers..
Here's the list of colours used for this one:
Skin: Vintage Photo, Tattered Rose
Cheeks: Tattered Rose
Hair: Antique Linen, Walnut Stain
Log: Walnut Stain
Dress and shoes: Victorian Velvet, Pumice Stone
Socks: Pumice Stone
Background: Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone, Peeled Paint
Heart Flowers: Victorian Velvet
Big Heart: Aged Mahogany
Grass under log: Peeled Paint, Forest Moss

I've used tons of other mediums to embellish this card..
Liquid Pearls around the image, Stickles on the little hearts, Rocky Candy Crackle Paint on the big heart, Glossy Accents, Picket Fence Crackle Paint and Gesso here and there..

Thanks for stopping by..
I really appreciate it..

Tilda With Large Balloon

Hi everyone!
I'm here with a new creation for you..

It's been a while since I used one of my favourite papers from the Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics Collection.. This was just the perfect occasion..
The card's shape was made using a GoKreate die..
I tried to colour the image so it would match the papers perfectly..
Did I succeed? I'm pretty satisfied..

You can see that I've used once again a Bark Heart, some cheesecloth, some gorgeous WOC and Kort & Godt flowers, some Frosted Berries..
The View master is a Magnolia die..
I've added some Frantage on top of it..
There's more..

.. a charm, lots of pearls, some Shabby Seam Binding..
There's the So Wrapped Lovely Magnolia Doohickey die..
And have you seen the most amazing pin ever?? Love it to bits!!

Here's another shot of the flowers..
I've used a doily to add some more texture..
All the paper edges are distressed and then machine sewn..
I've added some Gesso and Crackle Paint on all the flowers and on some other parts of the card..

Here you can see the absolutely amazing Love Heart Clip , some mini wooden hearts covered with Crackle Paint, some brand new lace, the Magnolia Vintage Berries and some Chunky white Frantage on the pink papers..

This is Tilda With Large Balloon from the Lost & Found Collection 2014..
She's sooooo cute..
She's stamped with Archival Ink on 300g Langton aquarel paper and coloured with Distress Inks and reinkers..
I've added some Shabby White Frantage around her..
And some Stickles on parts of the image..
The image's cut out with a Spellbinders Opulent Ovals die..

I really hope you enjoyed..
Please let me know what you think..
And be sure to come back tomorrow for some more inspiration..
